Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dwarka Women Child Care Society, we are grateful for your support and contributions. Donations made through our website are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur and we will address each case individually.

Refund Conditions:

Duplicate donations
Incorrect donation amount due to technical error

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, email us at NGO Email within 7 days of the donation. Include:

Donor Name
Transaction ID
Donation Amount
Reason for Refund

We will review your request and respond within 10 working days.
