Learn More About Our Work

Since 2006, Dwarka Women Child Care Society has been working with dedication in Bhopal and across Madhya Pradesh to empower women, nurture children, and uplift communities.

Our History

Established on October 27, 2006, our organization began with the goal of promoting the holistic development of underprivileged women, youth, and children. For over 18 years, we have collaborated with various departments and organizations to benefit society in multiple sectors.

Health & Community Services

We have made significant contributions in the health sector. In collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Committee, we’ve been running targeted intervention projects in Raisen and Vidisha since 2013. Through our Sampoorna Suraksha Kendras, we continuously provide comprehensive health and counseling services.

Over 1,000 health camps have been organized to date. Under the Drishti Project with BPCL Bina Refinery, 270 cataract surgeries were successfully conducted, restoring eyesight to many — one of our greatest achievements.

Education & Skill Development

Through our training centers in Bhopal and Tikamgarh, we have trained over 2,000 youth and women in employment-oriented skills. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and other programs, we continue to empower communities with self-reliance.

We also organize sewing-embroidery training, awareness camps, and special programs to strengthen women empowerment.

Social Awareness & Community Support

As part of Jan Abhiyan Parishad’s “Nav Ankur Sanstha,” we have spread the message of Beti Bachao, School Chale Hum, and other welfare campaigns through street plays, cultural programs, and rallies.

Our NGO also conducts food and clothing distribution and relief work in underprivileged settlements from time to time.

Environment & Cultural Initiatives

Under the Swachhta Pakhwada initiative with BPCL, we have planted over 25,000 saplings, contributing to a greener environment.

We also organize annual cultural programs, showcasing the richness of Indian traditions and community spirit.

Our Leadership

The guidance and leadership of Project Director Mrs. Padma Dixit have been instrumental in our success. Her dedication to social service and skillful management consistently propels the organization to new heights.

In Summary

Dwarka Women Child Care Society continues to spread the light of health, education, training, culture, and environmental protection across society with unwavering commitment.
